If your email is bouncing, it could be because you do not have SPF records enabled for your domain. What these do is verify the authenticity of the domain you're sending from so you're email is less likely to be flagged as spam / un trusted by the receiving mail server. While doing the following is not a fix-all for email delivery issues, it will certainly help: Login to cPanel at http://yourdomain.com/cpanel Once you've logged in, look for the "Email Authentication" icon. Select the Email Authentication icon, and select 'Enable' under the 'SPF and DKIM' sections. Once this is done, you will see it says enabled. Although this is not a fix, this will help prevent some of your emails from bouncing.
