There is two ways of logging into your cPanel control panel.

1) You can login by going to http://www.YOURDOMAIN.com/cpanel or

2) You can log into you client billing/support panel at https://www.hostlatte.com/cp/clientarea.php Click the Services button (https://www.hostlatte.com/cp/clientarea.php?action=products) Click the View Detail button next to your web hosting account. There you will see the Login to cPanel button, where you can access your cPanel Control Panel.
